To order products, choose your desired product and click on the link “Add to Shopping Basket”. The contents of the Shopping Basket (in the top right corner of the page) are visible if you move the mouse over it.
When you have selected your products, go to the Shopping Basket by clicking on the link “Shopping Basket” in the top right corner of the page. In your Shopping Basket, you will see all of your selected products. On this page, you can also change the quantities of the products and, if necessary, remove some products from your Shopping Basket. Here, you can also use your discount code if you have one of those.
When you have selected your products, go to the page where you can finalize orders and click on the link “Proceed to checkout”.
When finalizing the order, fill in the address and all necessary fields and choose a suitable delivery and payment method.
Click “Pay Now”, and complete the payment following by instructions.
The contract for the purchase and sale of goods is deemed concluded after the Buyer has placed the order and the Seller has confirmed receiving the order. The order confirmation will be sent to the Buyer via e-mail.
We hope so much you will be very happy with Pink Star Cosmetics products, we accept returns and exchanges of unwanted and unused items within 14 days of receipt if products unused and in their original packaging. Please return items using a recorded mail service as it is out of our control if the products don’t make it back to us safely.
Unfortunately we’re unable to cover the cost of return postage on unwanted items.
Please send an email to us email@example.com with ‘Returns’ and your personal Order Number in the subject line, and your reason for return in the email body and we will respond with further information on the returns process. Allow 10 – 14 working days for us to process your refund, though please be advised that it may take between 3 – 5 working days for any refunds to appear on your banking statement.
All refunds are made through our secure on-line payment system. We don’t store any card or payment details so the refunded payment will go back onto the same card you used to make the original payment or via PayPal.
